how to vote in this election

The California primary is June 2, 2026. 

• Every registered California voter will get a ballot in the mail. Ballots need to be returned (and postmarked!) by June 2. Every Xavier Becerra supporter should fill out and return their ballot as quickly as possible. 

• There will also be in-person early voting. For more information on how to vote early in-person, go to the California Secretary of State website. 

• The voter registration deadline for this primary election is May 18, 2026. New voters must be registered to vote before then to vote in the California primary.
